Return and Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of most of our products, most are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable. Our soy wax candles and our infused oils are returnable/refundable ONLY IF DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL.
To begin the return/refund process:
- Take photos of the damaged item, along with its original packaging. Photos must be clear and show damage clearly, or refund/replacement will be denied
- Send an email to marva@thewickchic.shop, along with clearly visible photos of the original packaging and the damaged item(s)
- Processing of refunds/replacements may take up to 10 business days
